Ronald Byron - Ron is a retired military officer. He served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army for twenty years. He began his real estate career in 1993 in Manhattan Kansas. It was in the summer of 1995 that he and his family made the move to Overland Park.  The success he enjoyed in Manhattan helped to catapult him to the level of success he enjoys today. In his spare time Ron likes to run, you can find him almost any weekend at a 5k race or fun run.

Parker Byron - Parker gruaduated from Creighton University in 1995 with a degree in Mathematics. Parker began his real estate career directly out of college and helped found Johnson County, Inc  with his father and mother (Ronald and Carmen Byron). Parker has been a multi-million dollar producer since his 2nd year in the business and has steadily increased his production yearly. Parker enjoys playing the piano, singing and running.

Carmen Byron - Carmen has been Ron's wife for more than 30 years.  She was the first to enter the real estate business.  Her career also began in Manhattan Kansas.  She and Ron have worked together since her husband got his real estate license. It was her idea and gentle coaxing that brought her family to the Kansas City area.  " I have lived in a lot of different places around the country and world, but I love it here and for me this really is home".  Carmen manages the office and handles all transactions to closing.  In her spare time she likes to walk, play with her girls, (2 bichon frise dogs), and relax at home with a good book.
